MJPL Teams - One-Off Subscription Payment

This registration form is to pay your monthly subs for the 2023/24 MJPL season. 

Firstly, you will be required to pay the unique 'Registration fee' of £20. Then, you will pay monthly instalments before the first day of each month starting from 1st August 2023 until the1st June 2024.
