Fit Baggies is a 12-week Health, Wellbeing and Fitness programme for residents in Sandwell, focused on creating better lifestyle choices and live a more active life. This year we have enhanced our Personal Training offer to take our delivery to the next level and reach even better results for you.
The aim is to reach inactive people whose health will benefit from becoming more active, changing their eating and drinking habits and losing weight. The EFL-run programme has already been successful with thousands of football fans throughout the country who have already lost weight and started their journeys to living healthier.
Each week, participants will come together as a community to complete 45-60 minutes of physical activity at our designated hub. Each hub will have designated physical activities specific to individuals who deem themselves to be Inactive - Beginners or reasonably active - Intermediate.
The 12-week programme consists of:
- Topics covered during the 12-weeks include nutrition, healthy daily habits, physical activity, myths & moods, making progress and tracking throughout.
- Face to face sessions with a group of up to 25 individuals looking to improve their health journey.
- Each session includes up to 60 minutes physical activity session led by our Personal Trainers and 30-60 minutes for health & wellbeing support.
Requirement to join Fit Baggies:
1. You live in Sandwell.
2. You are 30 years old or above.
3. You have a BMI over 25 (or over 23 if you are of Black African, African-Caribbean or Asian origin).

Option 1 - Mondays 12:00 - 13:30pm
Option 2 - Tuesdays 12:00 - 13:30pm
Option 3 - Tuesdays 19:00 - 20:30pm
