The Albion Foundation is delighted to be teaming up with Sandwell Council and Cllr Richard Jones, to bring everyone together for our first ever festive Santa Dash!
All proceeds from the event will go towards the Mayor's charities and The Albion Foundation.
Runners will suit up in festive attire and take on the fun run for a great cause. Registration will open at 9am, with the dash scheduled to start at 10am.
Ricky Byrnes, Physical Activity Project Manager for Sandwell Council said, "Sandwell Council and Sandwell Public Health are delighted to be working in partnership with The Albion Foundation to run the 2022 Santa Dash fun run. This fund-raising event has been organised by the Mayor of Sandwell, Cllr Richard Jones to raise funds and support the amazing work the Mayor’s Charities do, (St. John Ambulance, LGBT+ in Sandwell Community Group, and New Beginnings Baby Bundles) along with The Albion Foundation and all they do for Sandwell and its amazing residents. Albion Foundation's Head of Partnerships, Events & Communications, Jonathan Ward added, “The Santa Dash is a real opportunity for everyone to come together in the community, be that by running, walking, or skipping for the festive period. We encourage everyone to get involved to have fun and help raise funds for The Albion Foundation and the Mayors Charities who are all making a positive difference to our local community”
Admission to the event is £10 Adults & £7.50 Children which includes a Santa suit.
