The Albion Foundation aims to provide high quality and structured coaching sessions, whilst maintaining a positive learning environment. Our key aim is to develop players technically, tactically, physically, psychologically and socially through sessions that mirror the West Bromwich Albion Regional Talent Club Curriculum.
Player Development Academies (PDA’s) are designed to accommodate the more elite players within our Player Development Centres. Therefore, they are INVITE ONLY sessions. These sessions specifically mirror the WBA RTC (U10s-U16’s) following the same topics, structure and core unopposed sessions. Players that are showing outstanding ability or potential have the possibility to be referred to WBA RTC transition months. This will be at the lead coach’s discretion and parents will be advised of the next steps individually.
All players must bring suitable clothing, shin pads, footwear and a drink to ALL sessions.
